If daughters learn self-defense, family and society will become better: Neeraj Bora

Lucknow, 17 October. Jackson Group, in collaboration with Let's Give Hope Foundation, today took a step towards women empowerment by organizing self-defense training for more than 500 girl students of Subhash Chandra Bose Government Girls Post Graduate College at LDA Stadium, Aliganj. Under the Saksham programme, the objective of the program was to curb serious problems like molestation and harassment of women and to increase the self-confidence of girls and enable them to deal with such threats on their own.
As the chief guest in the workshop, the city's North Zone MLA Dr. Neeraj Bora, citing the launch of the fourth phase of Mission Shakti by the state government on Navratri, discussed Lucknow's daughter Ritu Karidhal who contributed to Mission Chandrayaan. Said that along with giving education to daughters, it has become the need of the hour to increase their physical capacity, fill them with energy, instill confidence in them and instill courage to do something. If daughters become strong and capable, then first the family and then the society will also become better. Daughters are now progressing well in sports and technical education along with general studies. Girls must learn self-defense methods. Through training in such events, girls will become stronger in every way. As a special guest, former Squadron Leader Abhay Pratap Singh said that it is the social responsibility of all of us to make the people from weaker sections of the society as well as the disabled and girls and women mentally, physically and financially capable through various types of events. Jackson Group's CSR Head Radhika Arora said that we will continue to extend our support to this mission in collaboration with Let's Give Hope Foundation. Principal Anuradha Tiwari said that Jackson Group and Let's Give Hope have helped us in a good campaign. Got along with. Every parent should provide self-defense training to their daughters along with studies.
Imran Ali, instructor of Kalaripayattu Karma Gurukul, who came to Aliganj Stadium, said that the techniques learned to save themselves in times of crisis instill confidence in girls and make them feel safe. The experts also explained to the girls the tricks and nuances of blocking, punching and kicking techniques to help them survive in difficult times or when someone suddenly attacks them.
Ashish Maurya, founder of Let's Give Hope Foundation, said that this mission of ours is proposed in the entire Uttar Pradesh. Kumar Avishek, Vivek Srivastava, Priyanka Pal, other officers and teachers of the college were present in the program along with the girl students.
